A must try!
Ingredients:
1 leek chopped
1 garlic clove chopped finely
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tbsp chilli flakes
100ml vegetable stock
1 knob butter
Method
heat coconut oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
Fry the garlic for 2 minutes.
Add the leek and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add the garam masala and chilli flakes and fry for a further 2-3 minutes.
Add the stock and allow to cook out and reduce for around 2 minutes.
Add the butter to thicken.
Serve.
Eat.
